[6.12.4] roollback to [6.12.3] not working? (SOLVED)

My server was unresponsive and I wanted to roollback to 6.12.3 but for some reason this dosent work?

I have tried multiple times staring the server and doing roollback and reboot but it keeps me on 6.12.4
