    Apr 12 11:44:20 Netheril kernel: BTRFS info (device sdb1): bdev /dev/sde1 errs: wr 2244, rd 14, flush 285, corrupt 2142, gen 0

This means one of the pool devices dropped offline in the past, run a correcting scrub and check that all errors were corrected, also see here for better pool monitoring.

I was having this same issue with Plex and Arr apps. My solution was to point each of their config folders directly toward my /mnt/cache/appdata mount rather than going through /mnt/user/appdata. Since I did that I’ve not had a single problem with SQLite database corruption. For whatever reason when going through the /mnt/user filesystem there’s something that causes SQLite corruption.
