    There was recently a similar issue due to bad RAM, the last diags you posted show you running a AMD CPU with overclocked RAM, that is known to in some cases cause data corruption, more info here.

    Thanks for sharing this information. 

    I will be replacing/upgrading the hardware later this week and I will report back if I am still experiencing the same issue.

    I swapped the motherboard, ram and cpu.

    I haven't had the same issue occurred again.

    Thanks for your help.

     

    I will troubleshoot the malfunctioning hardware to see if I can RMA any of those components.

    Solved version = The issue has been resolved in the indicated release version.

     

    Closed = Feedback or opinion better posted on our forum for discussion. Also for reports we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.

     

    Retest = Please retest in latest release.


    Priority Definitions

     

    Minor = Something not working correctly.

     

    Urgent = Server crash, data loss, or other showstopper.

     

    Annoyance = Doesn't affect functionality but should be fixed.

     

    Other = Announcement or other non-issue.
