[PLUGIN] IPMI for 6.11+
Thank you, 2024-12-31 04:00:52 Fan:Temp, FAN1234(32%):CPU Temp(46C), FANA(27%):HDD Spundown using HDD Temp(Spundown) 2024-12-31 04:01:23 Fan:Temp, FAN1234(30%):CPU Temp(44C), FANA(27%):HDD Spundown using HDD Temp(Spundown) 2024-12-31 04:02:53 Fan:Temp, FAN1234(32%):CPU Temp(46C), FANA(27%):HDD Spundown using HDD Temp(Spundown) 2024-12-31 04:03:53 Fan:Temp, FAN1234(30%):CPU Temp(37C), FANA(27%):HDD Spundown using HDD Temp(Spundown) From what i can gather it thinks that all harddrives are spun down and are operating at the lowest fan speed set?

[PLUGIN] IPMI for 6.11+
Great plugin, been using it for years flawlessly. However since i started to use the harddrive spindown option in unraid iv'e come accross an issue. I have one drive running, all other drives are spun down, and the ipmi plugin doesn't want to control the fan speeds according to the temperature of this one drive. In the "hard drives to poll" section all drives are checked, i even tried only having the active drive checked but this did not result in any change. Any ides on what could be the problem? I don´t know what logs to paste since nothing of intrerest shows in the main syslog logfile.

cache_dirs - an attempt to keep directory entries in RAM to prevent disk spin-up
I activated disk spin down on my array a couple of days ago since i never really access the array other than to archive stuff a couple of times a year. However the drives would spin up at random times for no reason so i installed this plugin and it's been working great in that aspect, however, since i installed it i'm getting these exact cpu spikes and i don't have any replication script running and when i turn the script off the spikes stopp, any ides?

Add power usage to UPS integration
Here are some screenshots that I consider to be interesting for this: As you can see, there is data in the UPS that either directly tells you how much the consumption is, or there are parameters from which you can calculate it yourself (amps, voltage). How to extract them is beyond me.

Ofcourse, this is the output:

Add power usage to UPS integration
Hi Simon, Yes i can but when i open it with cat or nano it's basicly just jibberish with some log info, do i need to use another application to get it rightly formated?

Add power usage to UPS integration
Hi, It would be great to see how much power the Unraid server has consumed monthly/weekly/daily, the information can probably quiet easily be extracted from the APC webintegration. The information could then be parsed to the dashboard.

Corsair RMi, HXi, AXi PSU Statistics - CyanLabs's fork
The HXi is only available in 1000w+ which is way overkill for my server both pricewise and TDP, i'm gonna keep an eye out if they go on sale though.

Corsair RMi, HXi, AXi PSU Statistics - CyanLabs's fork
I would like this feature in my Unraid server because that's pretty much the only thing missing "hw stat" wise, however Corsair seems to have discontinued the ICUE implementation in their newer PSUs which sucks and I've scoured the internet for old HXi and RMi models but to no success .

[Support] Linuxserver.io - Jellyfin
I would like to make a feature request. I've been running kodi for 20 years (xbmc prior) and i've been looking for a replacement for the last 5 or 6 years due to several reasons. However, the only thing that kept me from changing is the rar suppprt. My feature request thereby is to include rar2fs as an option directly in the Jellyfin docker container. Or is there another way to go about this?

Upgrading from 6.8.3 to 6.12.3
Thanks guys, i was a bit hesitant because some of the release notes didn't include the upgrade procedure.

Upgrading from 6.8.3 to 6.12.3
I've spent all morning reading the changelog from 6.8 onwards How about plugins? I noticed that in 6.11.3 plugin compatibility was introduced together with the update assistant. Should i upgrade all the plugins before upgrading the OS?

Upgrading from 6.8.3 to 6.12.3
Hi all, I haven't touched my Unraid server since i installed it 3 years ago (1100 days uptime) and it's been rock solid, however I'm planning to do some minor hardware upgrades and thought i might aswell upgrade the OS since it's down. Is it allright to go from 6.8.3 straight to 6.12.3 or is it advised to upgrade in increments? Also, is it good practice to change the usb drive to a new one since the old one has been running for 3 years straight and might be on it's last leg (backup old, restore to new)?
