Hi, I'm not too techie so i hope you guys can help please . my disk 7 has the red x against it and i am not sure of my next move. I have attached the diagnostic zip. I have tried to read and understand SMART report but this level of understanding is a bit too deep for me. I did see that the UDMA_CRC_Error_Count is 15 which suggest a cable issue. thanks for any help. mark tower-diagnostics-20210101-1409.zip

I didnt think they were on that controller card but will check and gather diagnostics before I reboot. if the problem persists what 8 port card would you recommend? Are my Motherboard SATA controllers ok? "The ASRock P67 Extreme6 is a high-end ATX P67-based motherboard similar to the ASRock P67 Extreme4. I have started rebuilding disk 1, i guess I should have rebuilt the parity drive first but hey ho. thanks for your reply it put me on track as to what to do next.

Hi, Sorta newbie here and hoping one of you guys can advise me. Recently I swapped out the mother board and all was fine then I added a new controller and added some drives, a 2nd parity and a 8TB and a couple of small disks i had knocking around and all was fine but I think i had a power outage and now 2 of the original disks have stopped working. I've tried re-seating power and sata cables but no luck. Thanks in advance for any help. tower-diagnostics-20201003-1952.zip

Hi, I am new to unraid but I think my downloads were somehow going into the docker image as I can’t find the downloaded files and getting a docker full error. thanks i have host path 2 set as my folders for files
