    It also didn't work for me, but when I restarted makemkv in a running container they showed up without any other changes. As if makemkv is starting before the devices are mounted.

    Hey guys, got USB optical to work by installing usbutils. Best case is if binhex could add it to the image build steps. For testing only; console to container pacman -S --noconfirm usbutils pkill makemkv /home/nobody/start.sh # this doesn't actually restart everything properly but does get it temporarily running
