-Dedicated plex players, yep got it. The browser was just more convenient for me. -So I've disbled the subtitles by default and I was able to get HW transcode with the video for the first time. Isn't it supposed to HW Transcode audio as well? -So i picked a movie i had both 1080p and 2160p and strangly, it would only HW transcode from 1080 file and not from the 2160. -Haven't touched the codec folder just yet. -I updated my nvidia drivers to v580.126.18 as you recommanded but after restarting Unraid, I'm now unable to change video quality weither it's from dedicated plex players or web browsers...

I was never able to get Quick Sync to work either in the past, that's why i've added the GPU...

Yes, I have a lifetime pass. I did add the Variable, copied/pasted the gpu id with no space at the end, command was successful, restarted plex. Same issue, the CPU is almost maxed out and does all the work no HW transcoding.

Hello everyone, I've been struggling to get any HW transcoding (CPU Quick Sync) or GPU on my plex for months without any results. I've looked at every forum threads and youtube video i could think of and NOTHING worked!!! I'm getting really frustrated. I have an i5-11400, P2000 and 32gb ram. See screenshots below, also attached diagnostic. Also if I try to stream more than one stream, the second stream runs at like 1-2mb and no option playback quality to change from... I Had to rebuild the docker image, everything is working great now, thanks guys!

Disabled the mover logging, restarted the server, shares came back, changed my shares setting from No to Yes and activated the mover manually and it seems to be working the cache drive is moving files back... Thank you very much will update once everything is back to normal!

Hello all, Yesterday I made some changes on my shares "Movie" "TV Show" and changed the caching from NO to PREFER. Woke up this morning and my 1tb cache drive was completely full. I reverted the shares from PREFER to NO and suddenly the page refreshed and all my shares were gone!... What do I do now?

Hello, I was in the middle of upgrading my cache drive, i had all my appdata backed up and restarted the server before I could backup my docker image. After the restart all my dockers were gone, is there a way to restore them?

I was able to stop the array... took about 25 seconds.

I have set Persistent Logs (syslog server) to Mirror to Flash previously. That's the file i have uploaded JorgeB. I can see in the syslog.txt where it says unclean shutdown detected but I don't see the cause of it.

Hello, I'm dealing with unclean shutdown daily and I don't know what is going on... I've read the pinned sticky thread on Unclean Shutdowns. I don't have any VMs or Terminal windows open, I've changed my timers per recommandation but nothing help. I've attached a copy of my diagnostic files and made sure that the syslog was writting on the usb-flash to get all the infos. Hopefully that helps. Thanks guys. unimatrix-diagnostics-20220113-1040.zip
