  1. They just launched the offcial version and I am having the same problem. So does anyone did sucessfully in unRaid docker UI?
  2. I don't think you need to do anything. Just make a fresh u-drive for the new key and set the disks to the exact position as they were in the old server in array and hit start. Far as I know, everything you install into unRaid, like vms, dockers and plugins are storaged in disks and cache. And all settings are storaged in flash. So you may have to make some settings but I don't think you will lose any valuable data.
  3. anyone can help me on this one?~~~
  4. Just for reference, here is what I did on the weekend. I had disk1 (1T hdd), disk2 (2T hdd) and cache (128G ssd) before. I pluged in disk3 (3T) as unassigned disk and moved everything from disk1 to disk3 by Krusader. Then I forced whatevery left (docker image and domins and something in system folder) into cache disk. At last I just replace disk1 by disk3 and reconfig the array, and I've got everything back without losing anything. And why I did it. Just because I was trying PVE and unRaid then I found an old 1T disk, so I was using it to test the system. After I finished everything I just think, I don't really need the 3T hdd for my desktop anymore cuz I move everything to unRaid as NAS. So I just found a way to repalce the 1T hdd for the 3T hdd. So I think whatever you install into unRaid, like vms and dockers and plugins are storaged in disks and cache. Only settings are storaged in flash, whcih means you may have to set someting like passthrough, network etc, again. But you won't lose any valuable data.
  5. isn't one of the best thing about unraid is that you can restart the system without losing any data? Can't you just backup you activation file, make a fresh usb, active unraid and just put every disk back to the exact position on array and hit start?
  6. Hi everyone, me again. So as a rookie to unraid, this is the last remaining problem for me. First comes with the issue, the CPU usage went up very high whenever a file transfer starts. It doen't matter it's between docker to disk, docker to docker, vm to disk, vm to docker or computer through SMB. And I've tried wire and wireless connection. Average usage hits 30+% to 50+%, and single core usage usually goes to 100%. Then something about my device. 1. i3-8100 with 16G ram 2. 2+3T hdd for storage and 128G sdd for cache with no parity disk. docker img and vm domins are on cache drive. 3. latest version of unraid. 4. Dockers: halo blog, aria2 with ariaNG, lychee photo, mySQL, mySQL admin, Jellyfin and nextCloud. 5. I haven't done anything yet for this problem, because I have totally no idea what is causing it. And again, please let me know what snapshot and command I should run and provide to help solving this problem. Thanks!!!
  7. Hi everyone, I am very new to unraid, just install this last week. I almost set up everything except I don't know why I could only access docker through eth0. I am running the latest version of unraid, so here is something about my settings: 1. Don't have any passthrough NICs, because I bought a pcie NIC with the same model as the onboard one. so I can't seperate them. 2. That means I have eth0 for onboard NIC, which is the management port, and eth1-4 for pcie NIC. I've bonded them all in the network setting interface and all enabled bridging. 3. I am running a openwrt VM as my main router on unraid, and added all br0 to br4 to opt. 4. eth0 to 3 is for lan, and eth4 is for wan. 5. I can get ip address and access unraid webUI from eth0 to eth3, BUT! I can only access whatever is running in my docker through eth0. Again, I am very new to unraid, so please tell me what snapshot or command result I should run and provide to help solving this problem. Thanks!
