Solutions

  1. BzzLghtyr's post in Various issues after updating from 6.9 to 6.11 was marked as the answer   
    Final update on this. I upgraded my motherboard and CPU and RAM. Jumped from Haswell to Alder Lake and the problems have gone away. 
     
    It’s tough to determine exactly what was causing the error and suggesting that the users simply upgrade everything isn’t feasible, but that was my solution.
