Simple fix for anyone still searching, open console via unraid web-gui, paste the following: cd /usr/local/bin/nzbget/nzbget && curl https://curl.se/ca/cacert.pem > cacert.pem

Does this have any effect on unraids Wireguard implementation? https://lists.zx2c4.com/pipermail/wireguard/2021-March/006494.html TL;DR: Don't use Wireguard on FreeBSD/pfSense.
