Seems to have worked now, I haven't changed anything since I raised this ticket. Today I ran unraid-api restart in terminal twice to get 'My Server' working after a Graphpl error.

Hi, When clicking the provision button, it just whirls around and doesn't display an error. I've checked the management access settings and SSL/TLS is set to AUTO, I have also tried changing the DNS settings to google i.e 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 but no joy. My router is a Asus RT-AC87U, I can't find any dns binding protection being used I also tried to flash it with the Merlin firmware but for some reason didn't update. Lastly I made sure 443 was closed and mentioned in previous threads but still no joy, I also tried setting up pihole as a workaround but that too gave the same problem, it also caused the my server plugin to intermittently disconnect. Any help would be great as I'm a bit lost with this one. Thanks

I'm using 5.0.7 on the mobile app. Interestly its now working both sleep and Power on features. 🙈 Thanks for your help.

Hi All, I've experiencing an issue with Controlr since upgrading to 6.9.2, when trying to put the server to sleep I get this message appearing in the logs which is preventing the server going to sleep. Any ideas how to resolve this? I've tried reinstalling the plugin and am using the root user for the app on the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi All, I recently upgraded to 6.9.2 and noticed Controlr has stopped working (Waking up and Putting to sleep). After reviewing the logs I seem to be getting the below error message, and wondering if any one knew how to fix this permission issue? I tried to reinstall Controlr but unfortunately that was unsuccessful. Thanks

Hi, I created my certificates for my sub domains around 3 months ago and all worked fine, upon renewing them I've getting the below message. I seem to have this problem constantly and generally reinstalled Nginx seem to fix it but this time it hasn't. Any ideas why this problem is occurring? I've updated Let's entrypt to SWAG and also have the duckdns and NGINX proxy manager installed (The latter is where I'm seeing the error in the logs from). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
