    I have the exact same issue (but not using monitor plugin), I somehow also have the feeling it is related to appdata backup. Just updated to 7.1.1 as my server with 7.0.1 got unbresponsive today again (GUI, SSH, Bitwarden, Nextcloud, ... not working/available; other local docker frontends still available). Hopefully 7.1.1 fixes it.
