    Figured it out. Motherboard lost settings during the loss of electricity. Had to turn IOMMU back on in bios. Looks like it's time to purchase another motherboard battery.

    I just ran the SMART test and it said "Read Failure".  I guess that answers my question! lol  Thank you.  File attached for reference
