When I use CA Backup and Restore, it's able to shut down the containers but when it restarts them, the containers that have network_mode: "service:wireguard" do not start. I believe this happens because the containers with network_mode: "service:wireguard" are trying to start before the WireGuard container. Is there someway, via a CA Backup script, to fix this issue?

I am getting an issue where the container thinks its timezone is way off than what it is supposed to be. This is noticeable particularly when scheduling tasks, they do not happen at the right time. Is there somewhere I can change to manually set the timezone? Does anyone else have this issue?
