Added new drive to encrypted array, but it wasn't encrypted.
I was able to correct this fairly painlessly. I thankfully had *just enough* space to copy off still, so I used unbalance to move everything off then reformatted. As you mentioned, following that sequence parity rebuild was not necessary. thank you very much.

I guess that "makes sense".... I haven't added an additional drive in almost 5 years now, so I don't remember anything like that. UX wise it would have been nice if it had warned me that it intended to format to a different format than the rest of the array uses. Without such a message my natural assumption was it would match the current configuration. What's my best path for fixing this with the least amount of downtime? Is Unraid able to do cryptsetup-reencrypt to convert in maintenance mode? or do i need to painfully drain all data, take it out of the array, clear it, reformat it, and put it back in? If so, how can I minimize any parity rebuilds without losing protection on the array as they take >24 hours each

I added a new drive to my encrypted unraid array fairly recently. However, I didn't notice until after it's been in use a bit that when it formatted and added the drive, it did not encrypt the new drive, even though the rest of the array is encrypted. So now one drive is hanging out there unencrypted, but partially filled with data, and already part of the parity data. What is the best way for me to fix this 😅 I'm not sure how this happened as it never asked me for filesystem when it added it. It just cleared it, then there was the checkbox for format drive. I feel like in that case it should match what the rest of the array is using, but it did not. Unraid 6.12.10

Future Unraid Feature Desires
I would like Unraid to have an LTS channel. And by that i mean, for regular continual security patches on these released major versions. If that's a paid feature to contribute to the maintenance of it, so be it as long as the price is reasonable. When releases are only once a year, if that generally, that's a long time to go without packages being patched. Unraid often does not use a LTS kernel in those releases either, leaving us in limbo for extended periods on versions that are unsupported and/or vulnerable versions upstream. Having an LTS kernel target should make it easier for you guys to merge in and ship security patches. I would like to see ongoing security updates for the at least the basics (kernel, docker, virt/qemu)

[6.9.0-beta35] Mover repeatedly crashes and hangs
Hitting random crashes with mover that did not occur on 6.8. Here are several samples. I repro by: 1) Invoke mover 2) Wait (it dies) The crash traces below appear in the syslog and mover is hung until its manually stopped with "mover stop" and started again, at which point it runs until it crashes again. I have not observed any other adverse effects on the server in this version as a result of this happening. I can't validate whether this still occurs on RC2 or not because I get the unresponsive sever issue reported in another thread. Diagnostics attached.
