    Das Problem hat sich geklärt. Es lag vermutlich an einem beschädigeten Stromkabel für meine Festplatten. Als ich die Kabel beim Netzteiltausch gecheckt habe, ist mir aufgefallen, dass bei einem 4-pin Molex Splitter an den Steckerverlötungen ein Kabel freilag. Seit dem Tausch des Kabels mit dem alten Netzteil - keine Reboots mehr.
