  1. Hi all, Chia Network devs have released a patch version 1.3.2. This has been available within the `:develop` image Machinaris just minutes after the Chia release yesterday. The `:test` image of Machinaris got this new version a few hours later. So, if you want to immediately run the new Chia version, please use either the `:develop` or `:test` images today. I expect the next full release of Machinaris v0.7.1, including Chia 1.3.2, will be available shortly.
  2. Hello! Sorry for the delayed response. I understand that you successfully performed the Machinaris setup to either generate or import a key. Since Machinaris is simply a WebUI over the Chia CLI binaries, please try the following from the Unraid Console shell for the Machinaris container: chia keys show chia farm summary chia wallet show If you are getting errors to any of the commands above, rather than useful info & details, then you may need to perform a manual key add. This should automatically get run every time the container is started (as logged in Unraid's Docker Log for the Machinaris container). However, it doesn't hurt to run it manually to test: chia keys add -f /root/.chia/mnemonic.txt Hope this helps!
  3. Sure, you are likely building the Madmax, Bladebit plotters, among other components at container launch time. You can disable those on the Chia & Chives fullnodes if you are not going to be plotting at all. Also, you can check the temp build logs, short files, found at /var/log in the container.
  4. Hi, not quite sure what is being measured here. However, here are the log locations if you want to truncate them. Most are auto-rotated. Hope this helps.
  5. Yes, go ahead and remove the old v1 files. Regarding other forks, I spoke too soon. Seems Flax has already released a new version too. So you can run "flax db upgrade" within the Machinaris-Flax container as well.
  6. Hi, only Chia v1.3 supports the new v2 blockchain database format so far. I expect some forks to follow suit in the coming weeks and months however.
  7. Hi, the language selection is determined by the "Language-Accept" header sent by your web browser. This is a configurable setting in each browser, generally you can set the Language priority-order you want. If you only want English for Machinaris, then use Firefox (for example as a secondary browser) with English as the top selection. That said, I would really appreciate any help you could offer to improve the translation. It's really easy, you would only be editing 2 or 3 message files for French. Each message would have English source on the line above, and the French translation on the line below. For example: Sorry again for the French translation. It's a very weak second language of mine and I had to translate one language when I was adding/testing internationalization support to the Machinaris WebUI. Please help if you can!
  8. Good day! Machinaris v0.7.0 is now available. Changes include: - Chia v1.3: please note reports of issues in this new Chia release... double-check your Wallet, Payout, and Pools settings after upgrading! - Internationalization for locale-specific text, numbers, and currencies. Huge thanks to @antcasq (pt_PT) and @fabriziocacicia (it_IT) for providing translations! - Geolocation of peer connections for each blockchain by their IP address. Optionally enabled using a free Maxmind account. - Silicoin - supported again as per Discord votes. Known Issues: - Chiadog will sporadically replay alerts when the Machinaris container is restarted. - Coin prices are unavailable from AllTheBlocks, so no fiat conversion in Machinaris currently.
  9. Yes, it's possible to: 1) Plugin the external drive to your Unraid tower. 2) In Unraid UI, format the drive, then mount as an Unassigned Drive. I mounted mine at "/mnt/disks/plots1", "/mnt/disks/plots2", etc. 3) Then Unraid UI | Docker tab, Machinaris container, add Path mount like "/plots1", "plots2", etc in the container. Screenshots from Unraid UI: Hope this helps, Guy
  10. Glad to hear in the Discord that Helmonder was able to sort out the problem. His post there:
  11. Yes, if the in-container path where the plotter is attempting to write the plots is read-only, then the plotter will fail as you describe. I'm not an Unraid expert by any stretch, but I would recommend checking folder permissions and settings on the Unraid Docker configuration.
  12. Hi, I think this support thread may benefit from the interactive chat of our Discord server. However, if you prefer to continue here, please share the full logs following from the plotter system. This sounds like the plotter process (madmax?) is starting but then crashing part-way thru the plot, then Plotman thinks the first plot is finished and starts a second? Logs are found in /mnt/user/appdata/machinaris/plotman/logs. Sort by most recently created. Plotter crashing can indicate misconfiguration, lack of resources, stale OS software, etc..
  13. Hi, I think this support thread may benefit from the interactive chat of our Discord server. However, if you prefer to continue here, please share the output of "chia plotnft show" from your Machinaris Docker Console in Unraid. Please redact any sensitive identifiers. I am trying to understand the situation you are facing.
  14. Hi, with the recent release of Machinaris v0.6.9 this is a good time to switch to ":latest" as the development and test branches will experience breakage during the next development cycle. Regarding the error you are experiencing with ":latest", please ensure: 1) You switch all Machinaris containers on all systems to ":latest". 2) For each, ensure the image is up-to-date. Unraid sometimes "misses" out on upgrades, so be sure to "Check for Updates", and even "Force Upgrade" on the Docker window to be doubly sure you're not running an old image. 3) If you are still experience an "Internal Server Error", please check the logs. You may have data/file corruption, requiring a reset. If that does not correct the issue, please share the log with the error you are encountering. Thanks!
  15. Good day! Machinaris v0.6.9 is now available. Changes include: MMX - support for this new blockchain, which requires its own plot files. HDDCoin - update to version 2.0.0 Improved summary display for status. Estimated price in USD provided by alltheblocks.net Various fixes for issues reported in the Discord. Thanks to all who reported! Note: If you're running `:develop` stream, this is a good time to switch to this release (aka `:latest`). Expect breakage in the `:develop` stream as I start developing the next version. Thanks!
  16. Sorry about the error. I just fixed a similar message in the Settings | Pools page just yesterday. Currently the fix is only in the ":develop" image. Would you mind giving it a try to see if the problem is corrected for you?
  17. Greetings, I haven't used the CLI-only Chia image for many months, but you may want to consider an alternative: Machinaris. There are templates in Unraid CA for both the Chia fullnode (includes a WebUI) and Chia harvester.
  18. That sucks you keep encountering this defect. Regular Chia users are routinely hitting this as well and creating new defects on the Chia Github. Still no solution from Chia Network development team. One user posted a possible hack/fix, but Chia devs discouraged its use. I will try to prioritize database backup functionality in an upcoming version of Machinaris. Unfortunately, that does not help you today. Sorry!
  19. Good catch. Looks like they recently dropped another update. This latest is now in Machinaris ":develop" today, and will be in ":test" in a couple more days. Yes, all you need to do is change the suffix of the Repository line in Unraid Docker UI and click Save to switch between versions. Check for Update helps too.
  20. Hi, yes. The Machinaris development images included the latest HDDCoin just a few hours after HDDCoin team released on January 6th. Some Machinaris users, in the #hddcoin channel of our Discord ,used that early Machinaris version for the hodl command-line that very day. The Machinaris test images received this HDDCoin update about 3 days later. The next Machinaris official release with the updated HDDCoin version is due sometime next month. Details on Machinaris release streams on the wiki. You're welcome to run whichever stream you would like. Hope this helps.
  21. Unfortunately, this has been reported by many regular Chia users recently (not specific to Machinaris). Only solution seems to be a blockchain database reset which is a hassle. Sorry for the trouble these Chia services are causing. I'm actually looking into automated DB backups within Machinaris as a way to try to mitigate this unfortunate instability.
  22. Sure, Unraid has Ports and Variables. 'worker_port' is the actual Port binding. 'worker_api_port' is the Variable used inside the container. Here's an example for Chives on 8931:
  23. Please open the Docker Console for Machinaris from the Unraid Admin UI | Docker tab. When at the in-container console for Machinaris type: env | grep -i plots_dir chia plots show chia farm summary chia keys show chia wallet show Don't paste the output here. However, please review it for any errors or misconfigurations. Also visit the Farming page of the Machinaris, select your Fullnode by worker hostname, then choose Chia from the menu. This will open the Chia farming log for you to review. Hope this helps.
