Hi, I'd like to increase the size of my cache/pool. I currently have two ssds in Raid1. What would be the best way to go about this? Do I just pull one out, put the bigger one in and let the system repair the Raid, and then do the same for the other one? Thanks in advance

Hi, I just updated from 6.11.5 to 6.12.10 and because of the macvlan problems changed "Enable Bridging" to "No" and "Host access to custom networks" to "Enabled". Most of my containers use bridge as network, DuckDNS uses host. Since br0 is no longer available I use custom:bond0 for AdGuard and NPM, with each container getting it's own IP. Is this a "correct" way of doing this or could this cause problems in the future? When using br0 I couldn't access AdGuard when connected via VPN but now I can, why is that? I just set up NPM with DuckDNS pointing to my local IP and I read online that the FritzBox should block that because of the DNS-Rebind-Protection unless an exception is specified. In my case it works without. Does that mean DNS-Rebind-Protection doesn't work for some reason? Thanks for your help Edit: The DNS-Rebind-Protection can't work because I have set a custom DNS on my phone. When disabling it and using the router configured DNS it blocks it.

Hallo, ich benutze zZ noch die Unraid Version 6.11.5 aber würde jetzt gerne updaten. Da es die Änderung mit dem primären und sekundären Speicher gab bin ich mir aber etwas unsicher. Ich benutze meine Cache SSD eher wie ein zweites Array. Das bedeutet ich habe einige Shares bei denen die Dateien auf die SSD geschrieben werden und dort auch bleiben und ich habe Shares bei denen Dateien direkt auf die HDDs geschrieben werden. Wenn ich jetzt update bleiben dann die jetzigen Einstellungen so wie ich sie jetzt habe und wie genau wirkt sich die Änderung aus? Außerdem habe ich in den 6.12.4 Release Notes den macvlan Part nicht ganz verstanden. Ich habe einen Docker Container mit br0 (AdGuard), host (DuckDNS) und mehrere mit bridge (alles andere) Network. Wenn ich die Einstellungen zu diesen hier ändere wie in den Docs beschrieben Settings > Network Settings > eth0 > Enable Bonding = Yes Settings > Network Settings > eth0 > Enable Bridging = No Settings > Docker > Host access to custom networks = Enabled ändert sich dann irgendwas für mich? ZZ sind die bei mir so eingestellt: Enable Bonding = Yes Enable Bridging = Yes Host access to custom networks = Disabled Sollte ich das vor dem Update ändern? Gibt es etwas das ich definitiv vor dem Update machen muss/sollte (außer das Flash-Backup)? Sorry falls die Fragen schon öfters gekommen sind. Ich bin mir dieses Mal beim updaten etwas unsicher. Danke für die Antworten. Ich habe nur meinen Cache in einem BTRFS RAID und die Daten habe ich nochmal gesichert, deshalb wäre es nicht schlimm die zu verlieren. Wäre denn diese USV eine gute Wahl? Cyberpower USV ValuePRO VP700ELCD

Hallo, ich überlege derzeit mir eine USV zu kaufen und wollte vorher mal nachfragen ob das wirklich nötig ist. Ich hatte dieses Jahr nur 1 Stromausfall und meine Stromversorgung war bis jetzt immer sehr zuverlässig. Wie hoch ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ein Stromausfall etwas beschädigt? Einen Überspannungsschutz habe ich bereits. Danke für eure Hilfe!
