I may have missed it, but is there any sort of ISP speed test plugin?

I am using 6.9.2 and created three SMB shares, my_backups_windows, my_backups_mac and time_machine. I pointed Windows 10 built in backup to the my_backups_windows share and it seemed to work just fine. The macOS Catalina is another story. When trying to use time machine, the backups to time_machine fail with error 92 and and never completes the initial backup. Carbon Copy Cloner also never completes an initial backup to my_backups_mac with errors ranging from "The backup task was aborted because the destination volume disappeared." to "The task was aborted because a subtask did not complete in a reasonable amount of time." and "The backup task was aborted because the destination filesystem is not responding." I have attempted backing up over wifi as well as ethernet. I have "Enhanced macOS interoperability" set to yes.
