  1. Never mind, I restarted the container and now it is back up. Thanks for the help.
  2. No adblocker on the system. I only removed the "satisfactory" directory and left the "steamcmd" directory in place. Now I'm just getting the message that the "The server appears to be offline". Which is weird because the address and port should still be the same? Any issues with me wiping both the "satisfactory" and "steamcmd" directory and reinstalling the container completely?
  3. Looks like the folder for satisfactory and steamcmd are still in appdata. Do I need to remove both directories completely from appdata?
  4. I went back through and confirmed everything was vanilla on my side as well. Nothing changed from when I installed the docker and BETA turned off on steam side as well. See below for the message I keep receiving when I connect to the server. And here is the docker page. I appreciate your time and let me know if I'm missing something obvious.
  5. @ich777 Apologies if this isn't the place for the question but I was using your docker for a dedicated server in satisfactory and came across an issue. It looks like my server version" does not match the "game version". I've tried updating, restarting, and uninstalling/reinstalling the docker now but I keep getting the same message when I get into satisfactory. I saw in your notes you state to "restart" the container if a new version of the game comes out but wasn't sure if that meant something different from what I tried above? I'm still pretty new when it comes to this stuff so apologies if it is a dumb question.
  6. Long story short but I saw an update was out for a docker of mine (Dedicated server for Satisfactory). I stopped the docker. Ran the update. No issues during update. Afterwards I went to start it back up but when I click the "Start All" button, the "Stopped" icon next to the docker flashes and then stays red and stopped. I've tried the resume button as well and same thing. I restarted the server and nothing there as well. Any ideas from you all?
  7. Yeah. I have it moved over and also have a copy of them on my computer just in case. So, next question is how do I delete them from the cache? I'm a beginner with the terminal and don't know how to access the cache from it. Any other ways to wipe it or delete those files from the GUI? Nvm. Figured it out. Was trying to get to cache directory from terminal window. Found a post directing me there and was able to rm the files. Thanks for your help and quick responses. I'm still curious why those files were stuck on there in the first place.
  8. I'll try to reply to both comments above. Originally the 5 files were only on the cache and mover would not move them at all. They were not on the array at all as I assumed they might have already been there but I could not locate them. I therefore, downloaded the 5 files over the network to my computer and then copied them to another folder in the array. This of course moved them to the cache first but I manually initiated mover which moved them to the array. However, the original 5 files are still on the cache. Let me know if that explained it. Any chance I can just delete them from the cache?
  9. I've read through a multitude of posts similar to this but for some reason none of them have the exact issue I'm having. For some reason I have 5 video files stuck on my cache. I have changed the settings to yes for all shares and have manually initialized mover multiple times. Everything else get's moved to the array but these 5 files won't move over. I downloaded the files and moved them over to the array (which for some reason worked just fine) but the original 5 files are still stuck on the cache. At this point I would love to know what I'm doing wrong but would also be okay with just deleting them from the cache to free up the space? Let me know if you have any questions. 343guiltyserver-diagnostics-20220912-1224.zip
  10. Thanks Squid! I appreciate the words of assurance. My server has been crashing about every 24hrs and some googling has me believing it's an instability with the ryzen processor. With the error I assumed it was something worse.
  11. Now I feel slightly dumb, it seems like just putting in the "MACHINE CHECK EVENTS DETECTED ON YOUR SERVER" into google kicks back a consistent mem error for many folks. I'm not overly familiar with digging through a diagnostics report but will see if I can find anything that resembles this. Let me know if I am going down the wrong hole. Update: I found this in the syslog: Dec 7 07:07:26 343GuiltyServer kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged Dec 7 07:07:26 343GuiltyServer kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 6: Machine Check: 0 Bank 5: bea0000000000108 Dec 7 07:07:26 343GuiltyServer kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: TSC 0 ADDR 1ffff812f4d0a MISC d012000101000000 SYND 4d000000 IPID 500b000000000 Dec 7 07:07:26 343GuiltyServer kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 2:800f11 TIME 1638889618 SOCKET 0 APIC 8 microcode 800111c Dec 7 07:07:26 343GuiltyServer kernel: #7 #8 #9 #10 #11 Not sure what exactly it means. Any help?
  12. Hi all! I'm still somewhat brand new to this technology and the last few months have been a ton of googling to learn as much as possible. Yesterday I installed the "Fix Common Problems" Plugin and it has kicked out the following Error, "Machine Check Events detected on your server". It then states, "Your server has detected hardware errors. You should install mcelog via the NerdPack plugin, post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the unRaid forums. The output of mcelog (if installed) has been logged." I have done all of this and have posted the diagnostics page. I'm still googling to see if someone else has had this issue but it doesn't give me a whole lot to work off. First time posting on the forum as I usually am able to find most of the answers I'm looking for so let me know if I am posting in the wrong location. Thanks! 343guiltyserver-diagnostics-20211207-1041.zip
