Having issues with unraid, its fine for a 2 weeks then it crashes not sure why, also my usb keeps filling up and cant figure out why

So I finally got this to work, now the only issue is. When I upload files to my Team drive after its complete, if i run another upload it deletes anything i have in the drive.
