The settings in your screenshot for the default shares is good. Up to you whether you want to cache anything else. If so, cache:yes would be the usual setting. Do you understand the differences?
https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Shares#Use_Cache_.28and_Mover_Behavior_with_User_Shares.29
All sorts of complicated scenarios are possible if you have multiple pools when postprocessing downloads for example. Understanding is the key to implementing what works for you.
Thank you @trurl
I will read and ask if i have any doubts

What will be the purpose of the Docker and VM shares? Seems obvious from the names, but those purposes are already served by appdata, domains, isos, system shares.
@trurl Please ignore the docker and VM shares that I have put additionally.
My main concern is what is the cache mode for all the shares including the Default shares.
Cache: No
Cache: Yes
Cache: Prefer
Cache: Only

I want to create shares for

Docker

unraid has no drivers for wifi, but the stick will be recognized and it could be passed to the vm, into which it will run natively.
going to try this. thanks for the help

What do you mean by 'separate'?Not bridged network or with a totally different network carrier? If it's the first, instead of passing through that stick, you can try to passthrough a wifi stick, pretty a standard device to passthrough compared to the 3g modem.
If you want a totally separated network I would opt for a 3g modem to allocate the sim with wifi capabilities + usb wifi stick to passthrough.
Use a different network carrier (without using the bridged network which using for the Unraid), so the VM will be isolated from Unraid bridge connection.
"3g modem to allocate the sim with wifi capabilities + usb wifi stick to passthrough."
i think this will be the solution.
usb WiFi Adapter will compatible with Unraid right?

Not so easy because your usb stick should expand into multiple usb devices after initialization, that's why the vm doesn't detect any modem.
As suggested passing the usb controller is the best option, if you have one to passthrough..
can you kindly elaborate more on this. any guides or steps would be really appreciate

You would have the most success on any USB device by passing through the USB ports themselves instead of a device if its doable
Is there any way to connect the USB modem(dongle) to the Windows VM?
Currently Modem software installed in the WIndows VM not detecting the Modem.
