Hello Everyone
I saw other Posts that they had issues with an Supermicro Motherboard with i915 issues, but all were GPU Related, but i dont have a GPU in my System. 😅
Hardware:
Motherboard: Supermicro X11SSH-F, Version 1.01
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-7100T CPU @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 2x Kingston KSM24ES8/8ME
Network-Card: FANMI X520-DA1 10GBase PCI Express x8 82599
Im using my Unraid Machine as a Datastorage only, not running any VMs on it.
I have an Issue Upgrading from 6.9.2 to 6.10.3.
I did some troubleshooting myself and got the following observation: (Did all Troubleshooting without any connected storage device, except a Kingston nvme (cache) )
When I try to boot with 6.10.3 OS, it always freezes in the same place (error01.png) (Tried with Upgrade and Clean Install on another USB-Stick)
When i remove my Network-Card or Place it in the PCIe 8x Slot with 4x Lanes (Not in the x16 or x8 Slot) it Boots, but with the i915 Error. (error02.png). The Server was running for a few days and suddenly stopped working, didnt Boot, except when i removed the Network-card. After that it was running again
When Downgrading to 6.9.2 everything works as expected.
Can someone Help me?
The Diagnostics-ZIP is from 6.9.2, because i cant create one when the System ist not Starting 😅
Error03.png is with the Network-card in slot x8, 4x lanes, and error04.png is the Card in Slot x8, 8x lanes (Both in 6.9.2)
