  1. I'm really confused now! What 2 "downloads" are you referring to? Everything was working fine until roughly the time of the latest update! I don't know whether the update has messed up my settings or not, or if this is just a coincident. Do you think it might be worth rolling back the last update? I wonder if anyone else has had a similar issue? I really appreciate your help guy, and I'm sorry that I probably don't explain myself very well.
  2. @MowMdown Hi, the MOVIES folder has Subfolders for different types of Movies (ie. Horror; Comedy; Teens; Oldies etc), and has been working fine (for about 5 years) until recently. I think it happened somewhere around the time that I triggered the update for 7.2.3. It could be purely coincidental, or it could be the cause.
  3. @itimpi And here is the Diagnostics aquarius-diagnostics-20260112-1802.zip
  4. @itimpi I think I got the details from the Docker Run Command execution docker run -d --name='PLEX' --net='br0' --ip='192.168.0.249' --pids-limit 2048 -e TZ="Europe/London" -e HOST_OS="Unraid" -e HOST_HOSTNAME="Aquarius" -e HOST_CONTAINERNAME="PLEX" -e 'PLEX_CLAIM'='Insert Token from https://plex.tv/claim' -e 'PLEX_UID'='99' -e 'PLEX_GID'='100' -e 'VERSION'='latest' -l net.unraid.docker.managed=dockerman -l net.unraid.docker.webui='http://[IP]:[PORT:32400]/web' -l net.unraid.docker.icon='https://raw.githubusercontent.com/plexinc/pms-docker/master/img/plex-server.png' -v '/dev/shm':'/transcode':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/MOVIES/':'/MOVIES':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/TV SERIES/':'/TV':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/MUSIC/':'/MUSIC':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/PHOTOS/':'/PHOTOS':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/appdata/Plex-Media-Server':'/config':'rw' --device='/dev/dri' 'plexinc/pms-docker' b371308fa7c8975f28bd7b720ed9f9367f924d2ca49a23f5f242a67930266497 The command finished successfully!
  5. @trurl Sorry bud, but I don't know where or how to find/run Docker Run or Diagnostics
  6. @trurl I've downloaded a new Movie, which I can then see in Explorer, but it hasn't moved into Plex
  7. Here is my version of that movie.
  8. @SPOautos I have already done a "Scan Library Files" and nothing changed.
  9. @trurl My system doesn't look like that.
  10. The film below shows in Explorer, but not in Plex. Hope this helps.
  11. @ConnerVT New stuff is downloaded via Radarr and Sonarr, and the physical files (Movie or TV Series) are located in File Explorer in their relevant locations, but they are not getting added into Plex - so they don't show up. Hope this makes sense!? Thanks
  12. PS, the Movies and TV Series are showing in Radarr and Sonarr, and also in Explorer - just not moved into Plex.
  13. @itimpi Sorry, I don't understand about checking Container etc.
  14. I don't have a TV Tuner device connected. I have added 2 Movies plus a new TV Series in the last week or so, but none are showing in Plex. Sorry, I'm a noob with this, so I don't know how to deal with anything complicated. Not sure where to look to check ownership and Permissions. Everything was working just fine until recently - not sure if it could've been anything to do with the latest update. Any and all help gratefully appreciated. Kind Regards
  15. Thank you for your answer! Unfortunately, that has not fixed my issue. Anything newly added recently shows up in Explorer, but not in Plex. However, when looking at the logs, I do see the following error: Critical: libusb_init failed ** This has only started happening in the last week or so. Before then, it was working just fine! ** Kind Regards
  16. Hopefully I'm in the correct place to report this. For some reason, newly downloaded movies aren't moving into Plex. The physical data is showing in the file explorer, but not in Plex. Any ideas/help gratefully appreciated.
  17. Hi guys, I'm hoping you can help me out?: I've been running my plex server (for my family) on Unraid for a couple years now, but I recently changed broadband provider (and got a new hub) and now it's not working properly. Obviously, it works fine internally, but not externally. I'm pretty sure that the issue is with port forwarding on the new Virgin Hub 5. Is anybody able to help me by explaining (in leyman terms) how to set up Port Forwarding for my Plex server? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
  18. Hi, I have the same issue - how did you fix it? Step by step please, as I'm something of a newbie to this. TIA
  19. Apologies if this is the wrong section, but I'm having an issue with Sonarr. I'm running Unraid 6.12.4 and I'm having issues with Sonarr. It has stopped working, and although the update appears to work, it actually doesn't. Any ideas? TIA
