  2. Hello, as title said I cannot recreate my share "film" after I shrinked my array since one hdd failed. If i create a new share I have no problem, but if I try to recreate my old share "film" that was on my previous hdd and now is missing, nothing happens: no error on gui but does not show on share list. On error log I can see this: Aug 24 12:34:14 Tower emhttpd: shcmd (5902538): mkdir '/mnt/user/film' Aug 24 12:34:14 Tower root: mkdir: cannot create directory '/mnt/user/film': No space left on device Aug 24 12:34:14 Tower emhttpd: shcmd (5902538): exit status: 1 Aug 24 12:34:14 Tower emhttpd: shcmd (5902539): rm '/boot/config/shares/film.cfg' Aug 24 12:34:14 Tower emhttpd: Starting services... Obviously I made some error on the procedure for shrinking array: 1. Make sure that the drive or drives you are removing have been removed from any inclusions or exclusions for all shares, including in the global share settings. Shares should be changed from the default of "All" to "Include". This include list should contain only the drives that will be retained. Might failed here, I checked that my share "film" which was supposed to be only on disk2 had "all disk", and not checked global shares. ( All my other shares was only on 1 disk so no check/actions done ) 2. Make sure you have a copy of your array assignments, especially the parity drive. You may need this list if the "Retain current configuration" option doesn't work correctly OK DONE 3. Stop the array (if it is started) OK DONE 4.. Go to Tools then New Config OK DONE 5. Click on the Retain current configuration box (says None at first), click on the box for All, then click on close OK DONE 6. Click on the box for Yes I want to do this, then click Apply then Done OK DONE 7. Return to the Main page, and check all assignments. If any are missing, correct them. Unassign the drive(s) you are removing. Double check all of the assignments, especially the parity drive(s)! OK DONE 8. Do not click the check box for Parity is already valid; make sure it is NOT checked; parity is not valid now and won't be until the parity build completes OK DONE 9. Start the array to commit the changes; system is usable now, but it will take a long time rebuilding parity OK DONE, parity is building How can I solve this? and no creating a share named films is not an option, OCD is kicking in 🤣. Thanks
  3. I have just noted that's not possible to use and password for encryption with a '+' . The character should be contained in the printable ascii chararacters but when I try to mount : Aug 12 02:25:43 Tower unassigned.devices: Using disk password to open the 'crypto_LUKS' device. Aug 12 02:25:45 Tower unassigned.devices: luksOpen result: No key available with this passphrase. Aug 12 02:25:45 Tower unassigned.devices: Partition '9VPDDZC0' cannot be mounted. Is it normal?
  4. Hello guys, could you please clear my mind? Just setted up all with 6.10 and portainer, the fact that I have some CA apps and others managed via portainer it's driving me crazy (most a OCD than a real issue) with some apps without icons ( should be fixable with last update ), some that I can update via unraid others via portainer and always the label "update ready" on all portainer's container. Using this plugin would allow to update all apps via webgui and ditch portainer? I just want a clean and stable solution. Thanks
