  1. I did check. It was super clean so didn't bother adding it. I can see no errors anywhere. Apart from it just being slow. Still works though
  2. Ye there are lots in: /mnt/user/appdata/plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs But which would you like? I grabed a Transcoder log hopefully this will be the one? Plex Transcoder Statistics.log
  3. Now that you all finished your fight, can anyone help me? I timed it this morning and it was actually over 10 seconds to start playing.
  4. I'm not sure if its just me but Plex docker on RC7a, is SUPER slow to actually play back media. I've set my drives to never spin down so it should be always accessible. On my PMP back clicking play, it goes black for a good 5-6 seconds (maybe longer) before the media plays back. Yes it has to transcode. But on my old Synology box, with Plex as an app on a separate drive to media, it would play back in about 1 second, same transcode settings, same network. Wondering if this is normal? Its a Xeon E3-1245V6 32gb Ram 2x 500GB Samsung SSD's (Cahce) 3x 8tb Seagate 8TB NAS drives Are there any specific logs I should/could attach to see if there is something we can do?
  5. Sorry to be a noob, but just setup my unRAID box and this Plex docker yesterday. I noticed today Plex is saying there is an update available. IS this something I need to manually upgrade, or just wait for the docker owner to release the update to docker and I just update the container itself? Sorry
  6. Maybe.. But it was a totally brand new build. So hopefully it didnt become corrupt so soon.
  7. Next issue... Its moving but moving it all onto 1 drive. I have 3x 8tb drive, 1 Parity, and 2x data. Shares are set at High-Water, and all included disks. But disk 2 is reporting: 0 objects: 0 directories, 0 files Disk 1 is up to 65gb full and counting as it moves files off the Cache. I thought it should use them equally? *Edit* Ah wait, is this because its a series of writes, and the next time I do a move it should use the other disk as its less full?
  8. I've stopped the array, toggled the switch applied, toggled back, applied, upped min space to 50gb, applied. Started the array and clicked mover, and it seems to be progressing... Random but at least its working.
  9. Also I see this in the logs: Aug 14 12:17:36 Odin emhttpd: req (7): cmdStartMover=Move+now&csrf_token=EAC9CAD28A09E171 Aug 14 12:17:36 Odin emhttpd: shcmd (6868): /usr/local/sbin/mover |& logger & Aug 14 12:17:36 Odin emhttpd: Aug 14 12:17:36 Odin root: mover: cache not enabled, exit Here is Global Share Settings:
  10. Up to 116gb used on the Cache drive now... its defo not working as it should.
  11. Diagnostics odin-diagnostics-20170814-1338.zip
  12. I setup a new unRAID box so sorry for all the posts, I'll get there I swear. I just wanted to check in on some things. I created a media share, using all drives, and cache to yes. Now setup Sonarr, Radarr, nzbget and so on. Sonarr is working as expected and is mounting to /mnt/user/media/TV Shows/ I can see my cache drives have already filled to 60gb, and my storage disks are still empty with no files. I clicked the invoke mover under main and still nothing. Is this normal and will files move across at some point? I just wanna make sure I set it up correctly, and dont look back in a day or two and my cache be full.
  13. I've found I can mount from the Synology side. So can do it that way.
  14. Hey guys, So long and the short of it, I would love to mount an external share from my old server for a period of time to copy my media across without a middle man PC. Basically I'm moving away from my Synology box and just going to use my new unRAID server. But I wanted to mount my Syno shares so that I can just copy stuff across or setup the apps like Sonarr to auto grab, rename, and refile my media... (I'd like the apps to do it to do a clean sweep of my media) Is something like this possible?
