Want to help confirming if a new disk is bad
Hey everyone, I am trying to figure out if I had a bad drive or something else is wrong with my system now. I have a 10TB disk. After rebuilding, the drive immediately had some errors. Took the drive out and add it back, after 8 hours it showed errors. This is a new drive as well. I've attached my diagnostics here too. Just looking for someone to confirm if I had another bad disk or if I am looking at something else. It doesn't seem to be CRC errors. atlvmmd01p-diagnostics-20260308-1941.zip

Dashboard Share Widget Not Showing Streams
Hey, On the dashboard, there is a Shares widget that shows the number of shares for SMB and NFS. For some reason, the streams column is not updating with the number of streams per directory. I am on version 6.12.15. I have the Active Streams plugin and I can see open files there but the dashboard doesn't update anymore. Any ideas on why it would stop updating? Thanks for reading.

Upgraded to 6.12.15 from 6.12.13 - One disk shows Unmountable : Unsupported or No File System
Oh okay. I assume I can view this from the GUI by clicking on the browse icon next to the disk? If you mean from the Shares Tab --> User Shares. I do not have a new folder there. On the disk itself, it does not have a folder called Lost+Found. Thanks for that insight.

Upgraded to 6.12.15 from 6.12.13 - One disk shows Unmountable : Unsupported or No File System
Thanks, I have attached the output here in a text file. Looks like it is all good to go. After running it I did the following: 1. Stopped the array 2. Started the array taking it out of maintenance mode. 3. Disk came back into operation. 4. I can now browse the data that is on that disk. I appreciate you taking a look at my post. unraid fdisk.txt

Upgraded to 6.12.15 from 6.12.13 - One disk shows Unmountable : Unsupported or No File System
Hi all, I've been reading on the forums to see if there is a fix for having a disk with the status of "Unmountable : Unsupported or No File System" but I found different solutions due to circumstances. Here is the series of events: 1. Upgraded from 6.12.13 to 6.12.15. 2. Array came online but noticed one of the disks showing a status of Unmountable : Unsupported or No File System. 3. Restarted the array just to see if it would make a difference and it didn't. 4. Put the array in maintenance mode. 5. Ran check disk. It came with the following info. <?> Phase 1 - find and verify superblock... would write modified primary superblock Primary superblock would have been modified. Cannot proceed further in no_modify mode. Exiting now. <?> I am not sure if I should perform the repair yet. I have attached my diagnostics too. Thanks for the help. atlvmmd01p-diagnostics-20250410-0652.zip

Reporting issue with Active Streams
Hey everyone, I seem to be having an issue where the number of streams for a given share is no longer reporting. On the dashboard, in the Shares, the streams do not report any usage when there is actual usage. I've updated the plugin still nothing. When I go to tools and click on Active Streams, I can see the number of streams but it just doesn't show the number on the dashboard. I am running version 6.11.1 Thanks for taking a look.

Deleting a Docker
Hey Folks, Got an odd issue. I have a docker, Flaresolverr, that is stuck in "Removal in progress". I stopped and started the docker service but I haven't deleted the docker.img yet. Tried to delete it from CLI but no luck. Here is my diagnostic filesatlvmmd01p-diagnostics-20220812-2128.zip If I do have to delete the docker.img file, the container images and config files stay? Assume so since I am only delete the image file and not the container files. Thanks for taking a look.
