@JorgeB seems like reboot and IPvlan stayed stable... trying to get back to macvlan (no bridging) because need for UDM policy based routing, but had to ask the commmunity for help with multiple NIC + vlan + docker... any advice is appreciated. TIA

Hi... I have scoured the forum and lots of dicussion but I am still unclear how to configure for my use case... in short: I have 2 NIC (Bond 0 - comprised of 4 1GB) and Eth5 which a 10G. I aks have various VLANs that I would like to make avaibal to both interface. However, I cannot seem to get docker to not "overlap" and therefore those custom interfaces do not appear. When restarting docker in cli: Anytime I try to create a subnet that exists on either NIC one does not appear in custom docker: What am I missing? Note: running macvlan and no bridging because I run unifi UDM and swithes and Ipvlan cause all sorts of issue with my policy based routing and dual wans. Also, VMs are fine.

Hey - ty for the reply… Initially, I had Macvlan on and no bridging, but issues started. To troubleshoot, I negated bridging and ultimately moved to ipvlan. With that said, unsure if I rebooted each time. Sounds like I should rebook. Let me swap back to macvlan, turn off bridging and reboot. Will update. note: since it hung on last night (with ipvlan and forcing me to reboot. It’s been ok but only 7 hours in. TY again

Hi... I recently upgraded to 6.12.8 and one of my servers (of 2) seems to hang periodically every 6-8 hours. I have rolled back to 6.12.6 but same outcome. My other server is fine. Note: I am using docker macvlan (need to for some policy based routing in my network) and it was working great until the upgrade (assume that may be an intial advice may to swap to ipvlan). I have tried various small tweaks over the last few days like turning off auto updates etc. still same instability. I did a mem test... and no errors. I am unsure how to proceed. Any help is appreciated. UPDATE: swapped to ipvlan as a test and system still hung (seems like kernel panic). dante-diagnostics-20240224-0923.zip

Is there a way to select or force to a specific network interface? I have a bond (as default in Unraid) but want to use my 10Gb interface instead since lots of data needs to be backed up. Also, these are full backups only? not incrementals? TY in advance
