After more troubleshooting turns out the power cable wasn't jumped causing it to not be recognized. After jumping the sense pin it's now fully detected! sometimes it's really the simplest things 🤦 thank you i was going crazy trying to figure that out.

Recently installed a quadro p4000 in my dell R730xd and i'm unable to get unraid to recognize the card. It is seen by idrac and shows up in unraid but after installing nvidia driver it cannot find the device.
