Yes the Sever does show when the array is stopped, For the time being I have downgraded back to 6.12.14 witch has solved all problems. I was simply trying to add my voice to the chorus that there is some sort of issue with 7.0.0.

I'm sorry that I didn't mention that my mapped network drives still connect and are accessible in my original post, but yes this solution does work but sadly I don't have all shares mapped (nor do i want them to be) I appreciate the advice though

I'm experiencing the same issue after updating to 7.0.0 a few days ago, I've had the problem before of my Unraid sever not showing in the windows file explorer before usually after a fresh windows install or on a new windows machine but this affected all windows clients at once. I know of several work arounds that fix this issue but no such luck this time.
