the problem is that ssh is active but i can't get access... connexion refused. no more access to the gui and no more access to share, others things seems ok... how can i get the daignostics ?

Hi, i get the problem that the GUI is only accessible through GUI mode, can no ore get access to the web gui. everything was working fine on 6.11.5. SSH is active but i can't get access ( network connexion refused) can you help me
