  1. Thanks JorgeB Replacing both the power supply and the SAS cable.
  2. Hi JorgeB What in the logs made you believe it was a power supply problem? Or a connection problem? I am in a similar boat of errors and have the same firmware. nas03-diagnostics-20241208-0511/logs/syslog.txt:Nov 29 04:47:37 NAS03 kernel: mpt2sas_cm0: LSISAS2008: FWVersion(20.00.07.00), ChipRevision(0x03), BiosVersion(07.39.02.00) I originally had some issues when I started my UNRAID journey, and put it down to the VANTECT 4 port PCIE card and older drives - those drives have now bee replaced in 2x 4tb drive in Aug 2023) I have since replaced the Vantec 4 port in Jan 2023 with the LSI SAS2008 (IT MODE). After a year I am now getting read errors on a drive (1.25 years old). and the SMARTS output for that drive is clean. I was just enquiring to isolate the issue to power supply or not. Do not want to go out and buy one if it is not that, and you had a way to tell from the logs. I have no sata spliiters, 400w seasonic PSU (with load of 203watts maximum) ComponentEstimated Power (Watts) 3x 4TB Spinning HDDs 30W (10W each during spin-up) 1x 8TB Spinning HDD 10W (during spin-up) 2x SSDs 8W Intel Core i3-12100 89W (peak load) Motherboard 50W RAM 10W 3x 120mm Fans 6W Total (Peak Load) 203W For completeness, I have attached the diagnostic logs. nas03-diagnostics-20241208-0511.zip
