  1. I can only replicate this issue on Windows and iPad web clients. On Windows I've tried multiple browsers - Chrome and Firefox, cleared browser cache, checked cookie settings, etc. I've also deleted the perms.txt file which shouldn't matter since I deleted the entire appdata for this docker container. About to fire up a Linux VM to see if that behaves the same.
  2. Been having issues with Plex. Everytime I go to the WebUI, it acts like it's a new server and than says "A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server." I can go through the setup manually, but every new session does the same thing Things I've done: Run the DBRepair Completely deleted my appdata and re-installed Disabled my ad-blocker (last change I made was adding a bunch of adlists). Noticed in the logs it was listening on IPv6 and failing so I enabled that on my network and my machines are getting IPv6 global unicast addresses. Do I need to scrub Plex logs before I upload them?
  3. Does your card disappear from nvidia-settings as well? My card does and if I leave it that way, my server will entirely lock up as well. Trying to see if there is a pattern here.
  4. Hey ich, Installed the card with the correct power cable and I'm still having issues. The last thing I can do is try another card - I have access to 4 more of these. Any suggestions on what else I could do? EDIT - I'll pop the card back in, wait for the issue to happen and grab diag
  5. Hey ich - Following up with you. I've removed the card and it (unraid) been stable. The nVidia M60 is powered by an 8-pin CPU cable and I don't think the stock 8-pin CPU cable will suffice since the official adapter takes 2 PCI-E cables and 'must carry 200+W....'. TL;DR - I don't think it's a plugin issue. I'll follow up again once I get the correct adapter. I can only surmise the card was working previously with the stock 8-pin CPU cable because my previous build was 7 drives and my latest build has double that. As always, thank you for your continued support and prompt responses! Cheers!
  6. Update: Parity finished this morning and I did an upgrade to 6.11.5. Driver: 525.89.02 - Card Drops 525.85.05 - Card Drops 525.78.01 - Card Drops 525.60.13 - Card Drops Everytime I downgrade the firmware and hit reboot, the server doesn't reboot and I have to manually power cycel the box. 😞
  7. I'm staying at 6.9.2 at the moment until a parity finishes because last Saturday I moved all the things to a new case (card was reseated during install and again when said card was blocking access to onboard SATA) and added a bunch of drives. I did a new config and I should have rebuilt the parity instead of telling unraid the parity is valid. I don't think that would cause the issues I'm having, but let me rule out the parity rebuild as a potential issue and I'll upgrade/try an older driver version. Only thing from my syslog output remotely related from Google-fu was here - back in 2020. I also don't have a normal "over the counter" GPU so that could be it as well. I will update you and thank you for responding!
  8. I recently upgraded from 6.9.2 to 6.11.5 and my nVidia Tesla M60 will randomly disappear with the following messages in the syslog: NVRM: GPU 0000:03:00.0: request_irq() failed (-22) No VM's using the card. nvidia plugin sees my card as two GPU's - plex (docker) using 1 of them. I've attached my diag's just in case. Edit: Had to revert back to 6.9.2. Once the card disappears, the box responds to pings, but the UI doesn't. extremis-diagnostics-20230213-1457.zip
