  1. Cannot connect to unRaid shares from Windows 10

    For future reference, if you're unable to access your unRaid shares using the DNS name (e.g., \tower) or the IP address (e.g., \192.168.x.y), you can follow these steps: Press the Windows key + R shortcut to open the Run command window. Type in "gpedit.msc" (without quotes) and press OK. This will open the Group Policy Editor. In the Group Policy Editor, navigate to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> Lanman Workstation. Double-click on "Enable insecure guest logons." Set the policy to "Enabled." Attempt to access \tower or the IP address again.
