oh my new nas won't recognise my old nvme, i reckoned it was because of the gen difference KINGSTON_SM2280S3G2120G is my old nvme and AOOSTAR WTR PRO intel n150 is my new system So i assumed the hardware wasn't compatible ?

Hey My new unraid NAS uses a gen 3 nvme and my old NAS used a gen2 nvme. I was using the nvme as a cache pool. So i need to use the gen3 nvme as the cache pool. I didnt backup the gen2 nvme. If i just install the new gen3 nvme as a cache pool will this cause any issues with unraid? Thanks

I will be removing my current graphics card that is currently used for plex trancoding and just using the cpu with my new nas

Hello Im swapping from my old DIY NAS to a newer one. Im literally keeping the cache drive and storage drives - Basically just swapping all storage devices into a newer system Is there anything special i need to do? Or should it just be plug in and play as im using the current USB with unraid on it too

yeah i ran a ethernet cable through my house in the skirting board, just ripped it all out and yeah there is a nick in one so installed a new cable and all seems good now! thanks

Hello Ive been trying to install unraid on my DIY desktop server I used the installer to add unraid onto my usb Boot up pc and everything is all good and then at the end i get IPv4 address: not set IPv4 address: not set Tower login: I changed the config bonding to notower-diagnostics-20130102-1106.zip Same issue Deleted the whole config Same issue again, ive attached my diagnostics file Any help would be great
