  1. History: I have been getting this error for quite some time all the way back in version 6. Was working fine in this configuration for quite a long time then just started erroring out. I get the banner in as soon as an hour or sometimes days. Lately it errors out in under 24 hours just about every time. Things I have tried: Multiple USB sticks, swapping to every port on the motherboard and even changing out the motherboard. The problem persists and I am at a loss on what to try next? Hardware: Dell T7910 Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2690 v4 @ 2.60GHz (2) 128 GiB DDR4 Multi-bit ECC Quadro P620 MATSHITA DVD-RAM Intel X520 10GB Boot Flash: PNY 128 GB USB Samsung 970EVO NVME (2) Samsung 980PRO NVME (4) LSI SAS2116 WD 14TB (11) WD 8TB (3) server-diagnostics-20250504-1514.zip
  2. Randomly this keeps happening. Not sure what to try next... Sometimes it takes a few days and other times it's just a few hours. Totally looks like its random. A reboot always fixes it till it happens again. The server is a Dell T7910. Things I have done. Replaced the flash drive. Swapped to every USB port I have. Tried multiple Unraid versions including the beta. Attached are logs immediately after this occurred. (Before restarting) server-diagnostics-20240711-1348.zip
