Solutions

  1. wizwiz's post in Semi-unresponsive GUI, Array would not stop (had to do hard reset) was marked as the answer
The RAM was likely the issue. I changed the RAMs but still had freezes. What finally solved it was not having the CPU fan as thigt. I loosened the screwes and the server has now been up for 5 days.
  2. wizwiz's post in New setup freezes constantly (within 10 min) was marked as the answer
I'll update this post if anyone else finds themselves in the same situation. After trying everything, and changing various parts I came to the conclusion that the RAM slots were having issues. Apparently I had screwed the CPU fan too hard, leading to some pin issue. I am hoping this is the final answer, the server has been up for 4 days now.
