Anyone know how to automate a folder sync with a batch-job?

Habe den Fehler gefunden. Eine der Disks die ich in den Pool aufnehmen wollte, war noch in einer vm referenziert. Diese wurde als unassigned device durchgereicht. Nach löschen der vm wurde das Pool korrekt erstellt. Danke an jeden der unterstützt hat.

Kann es sein, dass man nur einen Pool mit einem Mirror erstellen kann? Habe ich genau so gemacht - funktioniert leider nicht. Ich habe nun mit fdisk auf die beiden Nvmes nur eine GPT Table geschrieben und Unraid danach neu gestartet. Neues Pool mit neuem vorhern nie genutzten Namen angelegt. Ich verzweifel langsam....

Hallo, möchte neben meinem primären Cache Pool einen weiteren ZFS Pool mit mit 2 NVMEs erstellen. Die Disks sind mit unassigned Devices von allen Partitionen befreit worden und einmal nackig, ohne Partition in ein neues Pool aufgenommen worden mit Filesystemtype: ZFS, Mirror, Raid1. - Ergebnis: mount error: Unsupported or no file system Nachdem der Fehler unten auch dann kam, als ich Disks mit Unassigned Devices partitioniert und mit ZFS formatiert habe, komme ich nicht weiter. Habe auch mit fdisk die Partitionen alle gelöscht, GPT Disklabel und eine Linux Partition drauf erstellt. Auch das ging nicht. Laufe immer in diesen Fehler. Hatte das Problem schon jemand, bzw. kann hier jemand unterstützen? Hallo, durch einen sau dummen Vorfall hat es mir meine Pools zerschossen: Konfig: 3 Disks im Array 2 NVMe Cache Disks Auf einer weiteren separaten Disk habe ich in Unraid via unassigned Devices eine 3te NVMe an eine VM durchgereicht. Ich habe einen Reboot von Unraid durchgeführt und dummerweise habe ich im Bios die Bootreihenfolge noch auf einem Stand, dass er genau die NVMe auf der die Proxmox vm auf der NVMe installiert ist als Boot Medium hinterlegt. Jetzt ist das Proxmox gestartet, anstatt der Unraid via USB Stick. Nach ändern der Settings im Bios und Booten von Unraid kommt nun beim Starten des Arrays der ZFS Fehler. Bekomme ich das Array wieder irgendwie zum Laufen? Danke für die Antworten. Die 10TB Disks haben 5 Jahre auf dem Buckel und fallen nun zum 3ten Mal aus und wurden von Seagate heuer nochmal getauscht. Ich traue den 10TB Disks einfach nicht, daher hätte ich sie maximal als Parity eingesetzt, da ich hier dann eine zweite zur Hand hätte die ich auch kurzfristig tauschen kann bei Bedarf. Die Kapazität von 3x4TB reicht mir. Vorher hatte ich in Summe 2x10TB in einer Syno als Mirror. Das die Komponenten was gekostet haben, ist mir klar. Ich möchte halt ein neues System bei dem ich nicht ständig mit altersbedingten Ausfällen rechnen muss. Mein primärer Fokus liegt auf Performance für die VMs und den Containern und das ich den Proxmox ablöse. Zumindest versuche ich es mit Unraid, in der Hoffnung das es ein adekquater Ersatz ist für die Eingestaubte Syno und den NUC.

Hallo, ich bin Neuling in Sachen Unraid - das vorweg Komme aktuell von Proxmox und habe mir nun diese Konfig bestellt. - ASRock Z790 pro RS DDR5 - Intel i5 13500T 1,6 Ghz - 32 GB Kingston Fury Beast - 2x Crucial P3 NVMe M.2 - 3x Seagate IronWolf Pro 4TB Noch vorhanden optional: 2x 10TB Seagate Disks + 2x 2TB WD Disks Anforderung: Migration der Proxmox VMs und der LXC Docker auf Unraid (ca. 500GB Daten, überwiegend InfluxDB aus HomeAssistant und diverse andere Home Automation Container) Nutzung der NAS Funktionalitäten für File -Ablage und Backup (TimeMachine, etc.) Die Grundlegende Frage ich mir gerade stelle, wie ich die Pools aufbaue Die Bestellung ging auf der Annahme, dass ich eine NVMe dediziert für den Datastore der aktiven VMs und Docker Container verwende (Steckplatz 1 an der CPU) und die zweite NVMe als Cache für den Datastore der NAS (Steckplatz 2 am Chipsatz Welches Filesystem ist hier zu empfehlen? Ich komme von ZFS unter Proxmox. Dies scheint bei Unraid aufgrund der Spindown Thematik nicht die erste Wahl sein. Soll ich noch weitere NVMe´s konfigurieren? evt. für den Cache oder als Redundanz? Hätte noch 2 NVMe Steckplätze auf dem Board zur Verfügung. Dann die Frage, ob ich eine der 10TB Disken als Parity definieren soll in dem 3x4TB Array? Würde sich nach meinen Recherchen hin anbieten.
