Is what I have in deluge; files move fine to the incomplete/completed folders but then just sit there. Stuck at Queued 100% forever.

I'm going insane trying to figure out why downloads get stuck in 'Queued 100%' forever. Any ideas? My plex is hosted on a separate server, so the plex share is a SMB mounted share. I've confirmed no user/password on the share, and added every user under the sun to the permissions to be safe. I can confirm I can see the plex folders from the container cli.

Can confirm I'm seeing the same with a AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7980X 64-Core. the /run size change works, just a very frustrating 2 or so hours to figure it out. Edit: I'm also having to do killall -HUP dhcpcd to get the networking errors to resolve after updating to 6.12.8 from 6.12.4, no ideas on why that is though.
