  1. There was a folder in there called ".Trash-99", this was acting like a recycle folder for deleted files, but not clearing out automatically. I have cleared it out manually now, and cache is much clearer. Thank you!
  2. Hi @itimpi, did you get a chance to look at my diagnostic file? The cache drive is now showing 125GB used, although I cannot find any files in it to delete.
  3. Thank you, and apologies for the delayed reply. I've attached my diagnostics file. Is there anything in there that indicates what the problem might be? stardust-diagnostics-20241021-1933.zip
  4. Hi, My cache drive appears to be gradually filling up, despite it being used for downloads, and my moving them out of the drive when they are completed and checked. At present, 35GB of 500GB is used. How do I find out what is gradually taking up space on my cache drive? And eventually remove / stop it?
  5. Hi. I have the same error as you, but unfortunately am much less experienced on Unraid. How do I get to the boot flash config folder? And what did you rename the network.cfg file to? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
  6. I've just logged into Unraid Connect, and a flash backup was taken on Monday 17th June 2024. So I assume this is best way forward now?
  7. I thought of this, but would the flash drive failing explain why I was able to continue using Plex before the system power down process was initiated? Thank you for the reply btw, appreciate it. I don't believe I have a back up of the flash drive, which I know is a failing on my part.
  8. I've had a weird issue with my Unraid set up which I cannot diagnose. For background, I am a novice user, got it set up and working for what I needed it for (Plex server), but this was based off following online guides and troubleshooting for various things, so underlying knowledge is patchy at best. About a week ago I lost the ability to access my Unraid server while on my local network. I attempted to access it using both its IP address, and "name.local/main". Services running remained available (I was able to watch videos from Plex). I attached a screen, mouse and keyboard to the server, but the screen would not output any display at all. I then powered down the server manually (using power button on the server). Upon powering up again, the server goes straight to the BIOS (Asus motherboard), but shows no boot drives available. The USB flash drive with Unraid on remains in the back of the server, and I have tried multiple USB ports. I have removed the flash drive from the server, and put only my Windows PC, but the flash drive does not show up in Windows Explorer. I'm really struggling to diagnose what the issue is, so any and all help would be appreciated.
