    I used this image a while back and I'm trying to update my server to the latest version. I've updated the image and pulled :latest but my server will always launch with version 1.19.51. I've also tried pulling specific tags like :1.20.72.01-02 just to try a specific version, but even after pulling that image my server will always launch with the old 1.19 version. Is there some manual config I need to do to launch the latest version of Bedrock server?
