Sorry disabling vpn does not help the ui does not start

From my son I got AMD 9 9950X Processor he didn’t need (he is afraid that I get bored) . So I am now looking for a mainboard. I need 10 HDD SATA 128GB RAM 2.5 Gbit Ethernet (min 1 better 2-3) 2 NVME SSD Do you have an recommendation for a reliable not so expensive motherboard and the SATA Adapter I probably need ?
