HI @ich777 I understand you are no longer taking requests for new server containers, but I am wondering if you may be able to provide some guidance on the process, if I were to use the SteamCMD container and modify the template to download "medieval dynasty" and create custom parameters according to the Dedicated Server documentation for that game. Am I on the right track here, or is this not possible? Could I use a different game container to modify the gameID, and replace the parameters, game config, etc as required or is that too messy? I'm just thinking hypothetically, are you hitting a container limit for Unraid, would it make more sense to use a generic "Steam Dedicated Server" container then have users customize it based on whatever game they need, for some of the more obscure games, that may not see as big of an audience for downloads? Or is it just too much of a hassle in general to support that many requests yourself as the author? (Completely understandable) Would there be a way to put them on GitHub for us to download & install/import manually in unraid? Sorry to bombard you, just trying to see if I can muddle through it myself if it's possible. Edit: It turns out the game I'm looking for does not support steam dedicated server right now, but still wondering about user created servers as above. Thanks!

Thank you so much! It's working great now with a fresh container install.

It's working fine with LANOnly set true. I did not enter any Steam User info, from log that part is OK. I previously had (local) IP address set in config, but it does not appear to make any difference whether it's set or at default (0.0.0.0).

Hello, I am having issues getting the Sons of The Forest server to start up properly, I have ports forwarded correctly and I cannot connect to server internally or externally. Server configuration is just using the default template with server validation enabled. Please see the log below. Any guidance would be appreciated! Server Log

Hardware Migration Inquiry
Hello, I have a new server with increased storage than my existing Unraid server, I'm looking to migrate license and data (where disk transfer is not possible) and wondering what the best way to go about this is. My initial plan would be to setup a trial on the new server, re-create the share structure, re-install docker apps, then manually transfer the data to each of the shares. Finally, transfer the license to the other flash drive once the data is moved (or copied). Would there be any data integrity issues for docker apps replacing the data like this? Is there a more streamlined way to do this, where the parity and cache size will not match the old array? Any other considerations I'm missing? Thanks!

Moving data off remote share onto local storage
You're right, I feel like an idiot.. I was using the line item action to move, instead of scrolling to the bottom of the file list and pressing the big 'Move' button..🤦♂️Classic case of PEBKAC I appreciate your help though!

Moving data off remote share onto local storage
They are moving to disk3/TV Shows from the remote SMB connection. I guess I can queue them all one by one, It will be a pain but doable.

Moving data off remote share onto local storage
@trurl Yes I believe it's just the built-in Dynamix.. But I also have Unbalance installed, so I'm not sure if that replaces the default explorer or just adds the features for disk management. Log is attached. Thank-you! trex-diagnostics-20250318-1316.zip

Moving data off remote share onto local storage
Hi, I am currently using "Unassigned Devices" plugin to map a remote share to an older QNAP NAS. I am in the process of moving the data off the old NAS onto my Unraid data share, the problem I am facing is that I don't see any option to do bulk move actions. If I multi-select and choose the Move action, it's only including the first selection. There must be a better way to do this, but I was not able to locate anything when searching. On the QNAP side, I'm not confident that it could handle the move from local > Unraid (failing disk, terrible spec hardware) Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
