    Done as recommended : " uninstall the Nvidia driver plugin and run touch /boot/config/modprobe.d/nouveau.conf then reboot " Nouveau driver fully working ... However will be better to have nvidia gpu fully recognize form my "encoders" So still expecting a old compatible version of nvidia drivers
