    I looked through an older diagnostic dump and found that under Unraid 6.x and Linux 6.1 it was using the QLGE driver. Upon upgrading to Unraid 7x this driver no longer exists due to Linux dropping support for it in Linux 6.6.     It looks like I may have to replace the card.
