  1. Just to let you guys know. I successfully upgraded to the most recent unraid version 7.3.2! 🎉 Because of my paranoia i upgraded consecutively nonetheless... Means: 7.0.1 -> 7.1.4, check everything 7.1.4 -> 7.2.7, check everything and so on Thanks to the awesome recommended plugins like fix common problems and appdata backup i was able to follow very solid workflows and all in all it "costed" just a single morning. So, thank you guys. Awesome!
  2. Valuable Information here, thanks! no customizations of go file or similar that iam aware of In fact, iam using a RTX 3060 and surprisingly i noticed that the card wasn't recognized correctly (fixed that) checked my plugins for future incompatibilities, iam using just two handful of recommended plugins and nothing to exotic (in fact folderview is one of it, but already in version 3) AND successfully rebooted the server. All went well and i do have a clean syslog Thanks for your post, appreciate it.
  3. Hi, so, i finally found some time for upgrading my unraid-server to the most recent version, but there are still some insecurities left, i unusually want to address before running in problems... Since i does not have a concrete problem right now, i might deviate from https://forums.unraid.net/topic/37579-need-help-read-me-first/ but will try to provide as much information as i can. Im preparing the upgrade right now like described in the upgrade guide: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/updating-unraid/ backup of boot-device and important data created updated all plugins to their latest versions i even downloaded diagnostics-data of the now totally fine running installation as a baseline Read the release notes of the version you want to install (and this is the point, where questions arise) Is it really sufficient, when skipping several versions? couldn't there be breaking changes in one of the versions in between (like in 7.2.5 https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/release-notes/7.2.5/) that must be taken care of? is it even a good idea to skip that many releases in general or should one do upgrades in a consecutive order (e.g. 7.0.1 to 7.1.4 to 7.2.7 to 7.3.2)? I use unraid for docker containers only, but there are some heavy-duty-containers like nextcloud, paperless, vaultwarden, immich, actual budget (with payload backed up ofcourse), which i definetely don't want to lose even for a day (or a whole weekend depending of the troubleshooting that has to take place). If needed i can deliver more information like hardware, diagnostics data, installed containers + their versions etc. etc. but for now i would be happy if my more general questions could be answered. Thanks in advance! busha
  4. Iam not able to run this container. Container starts but it seems, the service isn't running (can't connect to webinterface). In my log this appears:
