    hello, i have shared my home server with my friend using tailscale, from my side i have setup the ip, password and disabled whitelisting, and i was able to enter my server, on my friend side he wasn't able to enter the server, the only message he keep getting is this error:" connection attempt failed because the connected party didn't respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond", i tried to test to ping the tailscale ip using powershell, witch we both did and getting the same result, ping was successful but the tcp test wasn't.
