  1. Now we just need to hear about the possible inclusion of 3 TB hard drives, I have heard some of the more notable members say why it wont work now, but I'd like to hear from Tom and what his plans are.
  2. I got a random question about the revo, I have had a 3610 for a while, was thinking about nuking the whole install and reinstalling (getting a bigger hard drive, one of the revos is one that i take to friends/family's house with a few movies on it), but will the cd key from the installed version work with a regular windows 7 install? I have the iso's modified to install any version on prompt as documented here http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/07/23/how-to-select-any-edition-or-version-sku-of-windows-7-to-install-from-single-edition-dvd-disc-media-or-iso/
  3. EARS drives don't come with jumpers.
  4. I put together my first unraid server the other day, and managed to stumble my way through most of it, it's really nice and having a good time of it so far, but one error still eludes me, it is this. I have gotten most of my answers through searching these nice forums, but any searches related to ACPI comes up with tons of irrelevants. It's a Biostar TA785G3, I didn't update the bios. I'm pretty positive I setup the bios correctly, I followed it step for step in the wiki. Also, any addons besides unmenu that come in handy? Edit: Actually attached syslog this time. syslog-2010-10-21.txt
  5. Gone now, too bad I could have used another enclosure, never realized how handy they are until i got one a while back.
  6. The Advanced formatting with the new sector size doesn't play nicely with certain things, unraid being one of them. Easily bypassed by using the jumper on pins 7 and 8.
