  1. Disable SMB v2 and v3 in PowerShell is what has fixed it for me, for the time-being... Set-SmbServerConfiguration -EnableSMB2Protocol $false
  2. I have tried 3 browsers. APC plugin was actually stopped, so it obviously was not that. In comparison to the image, the only discovered info my Dashboard displays is the amount of memory installed and allocated - no other values are present in their respective panels. Switching from General to Errors to Counters does nothing. Thanks
  3. Are you installing the APCUPSD plugin? Uninstall it if you are No, just the ones in the Dynamix thread. I have the built-in APCUPSD configured properly.
  4. Can you put a picture of your dashboard page, it isn't clear to me what exactly is missing. Sure - it's just not populating statistics for anything. I suspect there is some conflict situation preventing the dashboard to display properly. I advice you to do the following: 1. Make a copy of the content of your flash drive, in case you need to preserve the content 2. Delete the following directories (if existing): - /boot/config/plugins - /boot/plugins - /boot/extra 3. Remove extra installations - if any - from the go file, just have emhttp started. 4. Reboot your system, and it will come up with no plugins 5. Make checks 6. Install optional plugins one-by-one and verify afterwards Done - no change. and clear your browser cache. Thanks, but still no dice.

  7. I asked in the 14b thread, but thought I may get additional help here. I started with v6 on beta 14, stepped to 14a and now on 14b. I have installed the plugins here, but I don't get any info on the Dashboard page. Am I missing a step somewhere?
  8. http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=36543.0 Those are the plugins I have installed...nothing on Dashboard though.
  9. 14b working well for me. However, ever since starting off with beta 14 coming from 5.06, I'm quite new to it. One thing I've been unable to figure out is how to get statistics to populate on the Dashboard. Could someone point me in the right direction for that? I've got several system info plugins installed for Dynamix and while they appear to work standalone in the GUI, I get practically nothing on the Dashboard page. Thanks, Jon
  10. I haven't moved off of the final stable release since it came out. I just decided to use this beta. I only use unRAID as a media server and nothing else...the only plugin I had in use was the APC UPS. Just had to comment to say how much more responsive things appear to be to me. I even have a parity check running and it just feels miles ahead of 5.05. Very excited to see the final release for 6.0. Thanks!
  11. I don't understand releasing it to final with a known issue like this. If it were something more slight, then sure, but not this. I don't mind waiting longer for a good final release. Stamping it final now just seems more like a pacifier.
  12. I don't know that this is a bug, but maybe not expected behavior. Anyway, what I experienced I definitely did not wish to happen. This occurs with the latest Chrome and Mozilla browsers when "open last session" is enabled when firing up either browser. This is what I did to reproduce the issue using RC8a: Go to Main (Chrome or Mozilla browsers) Choose to Power Down unRAID "System is rebooting" page will display Close browser Power up unRAID server and wait until array is initialized Open previously used browser Select tab that contained last used unRAID page ("System is rebooting" page) At that last point, the Power Down command is resent to the unRAID server as the command appears to be cached (server will be powered down again). Once the command is sent, the session appears not to be closed. I realize I can avoid this problem myself, but wanted to make everyone aware of it just the same (if it had not already been reported). Not sure if this is valid for other web commands as I'm afraid of screwing my server up.
  13. Thanks...I'll take a look at that. I took a look at MAC addresses, but not from that angle. That just might be it. That was it - network.cfg has not been modified since 2008...when I originally set my first server up. If I delete that line, will it populate with correct MAC on reboot? I find it odd that it was not updated with new hardware detection. Daughter wasn't watching TV anymore, so I got to sneak in a reboot after deleting that line. Fixed me right up. Thanks! This was driving me insane.
  14. First of all, I am not indicating this is an unRAID issue - it just includes unRAID and I'm not really sure how to continue troubleshooting this. I recently upgraded hardware and was forced to upgrade to the latest RC due to lack of NIC drivers in 4.7. I have not encountered any problems with anything there. My unRAID server works great. However, I recently introduced a new server to my network using the old unRAID hardware. All of this hardware works, it was just getting long in the tooth for unRAID. I am using this server to host a privatized newznab site. It is working, but I have not really started using it. Just got it "working". It is running on top of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, so is a very typical LAMP install. Anyway, I found that whenever the newznab server is on the network, my unRAID server drops offline for about 5 seconds every 30 seconds to 1 minute. I have confirmed this by running a ping -t to the unRAID from another system, then simply plugging/unplugging the server. As soon as it clicks into the switch, unRAID fails to respond to 4-5 pings, then comes back online. After a bit, it drops off a few seconds then comes back on...rinse and repeat. This occurs even when the newznab server is idle and not running any scripts - it merely has to be plugged in to start happening. I have replaced cables, tried segmenting the network by placing them on separate switches, and even replaced the NIC cards. Nothing changes. I'm only asking here because I'm not the most linux savvy person in the world. I'm a Windows administrator, but not well versed in any linux. If anyone has any ideas to share, I'd like to hear them. It's just really odd.
  15. Got this going on a separate server yesterday running Ubuntu 12.04. I definitely recommend the Plus version. Works well, I just was not prepared for the amount of bandwidth that's going to be required for any kind of historic retention. Still, it's terrific for fairly new releases.
