    thank you for your comment Fireball3. I did another preclear and now there are 2 sectors pending for allocation. The wd diagnostic tool is a good suggestion but is only windows and I do not have a windows computer where I can put the hdd in.     Hi everyone, In attachment are the results of a PreClear proces. There are 7 sectors pending for allocation. No SMART attributes are FAILING_NOW. Not sure what to make of it. Is someone able to help me out on this? Thank you. Herman sde_preclear_report.pdf
